I ended up calling for a mount and dismount. No balance or anything extra. The guy on the phone said it'd be twenty something dollars.i brought my own tire to be swapped. They did the work and ended up charging me almost 3x the price at $60 les schwab is a rip off. I have 13 trucks and trailers and I will not be coming back here. Get your pricing under check or don't let unknowledgeable people talk on the phones

#5 in customer service maybe. Just for comparison, We paid $251 to have all new tire pressure sensors put in my wife’s car last week. We bought the new sensors from Schwabs. This week I bought a new pickup that came with extra tire pressure sensors for my new camper that connect to the pickup so that you can use the existing system to monitor your camper tires from the pickups infotainment system. I called to get a price to have them installed. $380 was the price and they said basically that the sensors don’t work (probably better let all the dealers know that) so they charge a special price to install ones that aren’t theirs. Meaning, if they can’t sell you something, they up charge for service. If you buy their sensors, they charge basically nothing to install them. Last time I’ll use Les Schwab and we’ve always bought our tires from them so what a loss. I thought having them close would be a benefit but now I have to find a real tire store I guess. You pull in, we come running. Yeah, to charge as much as possible to do as little as you can. Les Schwab means more money.
